This app provides all the important information about your community, and you can receive messages from management regarding events, specials, and alerts via text, voice, or email. Although some features may not be available in your property, you can always contact your community management for any questions.
ActiveBuilding allows you to pay rent with your credit card, debit card, or e-check, and you can set up scheduled payments to avoid late fees. You can also submit maintenance requests with photos and videos and automatically receive status updates.
